Fortunately between the blessing of a cool week of weather and a quick order of parts and repair turnaround, the AC was back online before temperatures would rise again. This letter is sent to you to show appreciation for the gracious favor you have shown me. I have been so satisfied by the work performed by your company from the start. your employees came into my home and examined my furnace and explained to me exactly what was wrong.
The work performed was very thorough and efficient; your employees were very well trained on their job performance and their manners. They were always on time and phone calls were always made as planned. Also would like to mention whenever I made a phone call to your office the secretaries were just as friendly and pleasant as your technicians.

In March, 2007 we had a 14 SEER Bryant heat pump installed by Hader Roofing and Furnace, Co. Our air conditioning unit was 19 years old and was starting to act up, so we decided to replace it. We live in a 1600 square foot older house with the original windows so our heating costs were relatively high. Our gas furnaces is 19 years old and is 65-70% efficient.
A friend of ours, who is an electrical engineer, said that his parents have a heat pump and they like it real well and he was considering getting one. I got some information about operating costs from Hader and decided it would be worth the extra cost over a standard air conditioning unit.
I wanted to compare our heating and cooling costs before and after we had the heat pump installed. I keep all of our utility bills so I went back ten years and wrote down the gas and electric usage for each month. (I used the CCF and kilowatt hours, not the dollar amount.) I came up with an average usage for each month and compared it with the usage after the heat pump was installed. During the first year I estimate that we saved about $600 on heating costs and about $200 on cooling costs. Of course our savings on cooling costs would have been the same if we had replaced our old A/C unit with a 14 SEER A/C unit. Savings $600 on heating costs made the extra costs of the heat pump well worth it. In the past couple of months the cost of natural gas has gone up significantly so future savings should be even more.

He gave me a great price on a replacement furnace, and due to my health problems, he was able to get your guy Jack out here and get the furnace installed so my air would work. Dear Doug,
It’s been about 7 months since we had your team of experts out to the house installing our new Evolution System on that extremely cold winter day. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that the new system is doing what you said it would -- saving us money! I’ve seen anywhere from $50-$75/month savings from my previous Carrier unit. The rebates and government incentive really make for a great payback on this investment. I’m also keeping my thermostat at lower temperatures in heating and higher in cooling, with no complaints or thermostat “fiddling” from the family.
I also wanted to thank Jim and Mike for doing an excellent job of working with the existing conditions in my basement and making the installation look like original equipment. That was really important to me as I’ve seen some pretty bad installations in my 20 years working in the Real Estate/Construction industry. They showed up on time and made sure everything was running before they left each night.
